Levers for change in accelerating climate-neutrality

The triggered levers work in a complex system of multiple interventions integrated under the same vision: to generate a systemic transformation that starts from the neighborhood level and expands the approach to the entire urban & metropolitan territory. Through determined pilot activities, the project ‘Blueprint for a net-zero apartment block neighborhood together with the Coalition will create a net-zero neighborhood model for Mănăștur.

Sustainable Transportation & Mobility

  • Masterplan model for transforming high density multi-apartment neighborhoods into climate neutral districts.
  • Terms of Reference - ToR model for the NZEB renovation of blocks of flats.
  • A set of recommendations for the update of local urban planning regulations/rules to promote climate neutrality in the multi-apartment housing sector.
